Clearline acts as:

  • Data Processor for information collected by businesses using our platform
  • Data Controller for information we collect directly, including account creation, analytics, and billing

Each business using Clearline is responsible for its own customer data and privacy practices.

  • Payment and billing information
  • Login credentials

B. Information collected through storefronts

When customers interact with a Store, we may collect:
