1. Overview
By using Clearline, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must:

- Have authority to act on behalf of a business
- Provide accurate information
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
- Keeping information up to date
4. Platform Use
You may use Clearline to:
- Create and manage a storefront
- Accept orders and payments
- Manage customers and operations
You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to access other users’ data
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform
5. Stores & Customer Relationships
Each Store is operated by the business owner.
Clearline is not a party to transactions between businesses and customers.
Businesses are responsible for:
- Product accuracy
- Pricing
- Fulfillment
- Customer service
- Taxes and compliance
6. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed via third-party providers.
Clearline may charge:
- Subscription fees
- Transaction fees
- Optional service fees
Fees will be clearly disclosed.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. Payouts
Payouts are handled by payment providers such as Stripe.
Timing and availability depend on those providers.
Clearline is not responsible for delays caused by them.
8. Content
You retain ownership of your content, including:
- Store listings
- Images
- Descriptions
You grant Clearline a license to:
- Host
- Display
- Process
this content to operate the platform.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not sell or promote:
- Illegal goods or services
- Fraudulent or deceptive products
- Restricted items where prohibited
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- There is risk to the platform or users
You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Business results
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Clearline is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Issues arising from business-customer transactions
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Clearline harmless from claims arising from:
- Your store
- Your products or services
- Your use of the platform
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
